American Music Festival

May through September every other Saturday

Admission-free concerts held in Azalea Park at 1:00 PM....typically every other Sunday... late May through early September.  Pop, country, rock, big band, bluegrass, folk, Celtic, swing, jazz or zydeco, we have something for everyone!  Concert goers are welcome to bring their lawn chairs and blankets, spread out on the lawn with a picnic lunch or grab a meal at the snack shack or food vendors. Rock The Chetco

Rock The Chetco is an all-inclusive community event providing music, food, beverage, fun & games for the entire community in cooperation with the City of Brookings & the Azalea Festival

Curry County cruisers

Drive your car in the annual Azalea Festival Parade on Saturday, Then cruise down to the Port of Brookings Harbor for a casual Show-n-Shine from noon until 4:00 pm. Sunday is the Judged Car show from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm awards are presented at 3:30 pm. Entry fee:

It's Raining Cats & Dogs!!!

Mark Your Calendar for the Annual RAINING CATS AND DOGS FUNDRAISER
Kite Field, Port of Brookings-Harbor. Help our local animal shelter at this great event where little plastic cats and dogs that you sponsor,  are dropped from helicopter onto a giant bullseye painted on the ground for prizes and fun.

Trick or Treat On Chetco Avenue!

October 31st

Bring the kids to Brookings for the Downtown Associations "Trick or Treat Traditions.  All of the business in Brookings will be ready for your Goblins, Witches and Ghosts.  Stop in at all the businesses between 4 and 6 p.m., in costume and Treats will be dispensed, so leave the tricks at home...

Nature's Coastal Holiday Festival of Lights Southern Oregon's Best Holiday Lights Dissplay.

November to December

Tens of thousands of Christmas lights create a world of animals and sea creatures.  Incredible display's created by many hours of volunteer work.  Hot Chocalate and home made cookies create a wonderful holiday tradition.  Come join us for some holiday spirit.  Bring the camera and the kids, Santa and Mrs. Klaus always makes a visit.
