Monthly rate:   $505.00

Additional Fees

Storage Sheds: $20.00 per month.

Additional guests: $5.00 per person (children 13 or younger stay free)
All guests must be registered with the office.

Additional vehicle charge: $20.00 per month
This fee will be charged for any additional vehicle or boat that

can not fit in the space you rent.

We accept personal checks or cash for payment.  We do not take credit cards so that we may pass processing savings on to our customers.
